I am  Ukrainian, who spent the past 13 years living abroad. I have studied in the UK for 5 years and for 6 years I have been studying and working in Germany, so I have a good understanding of the life of an expat with all its ups and downs. I worked with different educational start ups and a big corporation, while continuing my further trainings.

From inside and out I know well of trauma. I first encountered war in 2014 then I lost my home town, witnessed my family and friends abandoning everything, relocating and starting a new. Still being a student at that time, it led me to carry out research on mindfulness approaches in supporting the wellbeing of the displaced people. In 2022 the war reached me for the second time, it then made it clear to me that I should solely focus on the therapeutic work, and I quitted my other job. I have undergone training in crisis interventions and provide psychological help to refugees and once a month co-host a creative communal space "Circle of Hearts", a place for families who seeked refuge in Berlin.

I continue further training and regularly engage in supervision, intervision,  and collegial exchange. My learning ground and inner search is not limited to the "classroom" and I take inspiration and knowledge from practicing yoga, spending time with those dear to my heart, traveling, literature, meeting new people, film photography, various forms of arts and my own therapy.

It's important for me to see purpose in what I am doing, that's how I have been making my life choices. I value deeply my work and appreciate the trust and courage of my clients.
